Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PilotGro website or using the PilotGro product (including any free trial), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

PilotGro is an AI-native marketing automation platform providing CRM, messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp), social media scheduling, video content generation, funnels and landing pages, appointment scheduling, an AI chatboard, analytics, workflow automation, and reputation management tools. Features vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts & Billing

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in INR or USD, as selected.
  • Free trials run for 14 days and do not require a credit card; features and limits during the trial are described on the Pricing page.
  • Plans are month-to-month with no minimum term unless a separate Enterprise agreement states otherwise. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PilotGro to send unsolicited spam, engage in fraudulent or deceptive marketing, violate WhatsApp Business Platform or other channel-provider policies, or otherwise break applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the contacts, content, and campaign data you upload or generate using PilotGro. You are responsible for having the appropriate consent to market to the contacts you upload. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

6. AI-Generated Content

PilotGro's AI features draft content, sequences, and recommendations to assist you — you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything sent to your contacts or published on your behalf, unless you have explicitly enabled a fully autonomous sending mode.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email prior to taking effect.
